Please join Birmingham’s AAPT networking group for a Lunch and Learn

Come join us for the workshop: Using Play Therapy to Address Homeless Women and Children’s Presenting Concerns

It will be held on Tuesday, April 12th from 12-1 at Jessie’s Place~2305 5th Avenue North-Birmingham, Al 35203. Bring your own lunch and Jessie’s place will graciously provide tea and dessert. There is no charge for attendance.  You will earn one free play therapy contact hour.  If you are not an RPT we are also approved to provide one contact hour to LPCs, LMFTs and Social Workers!  Bring a friend!    

We would ask that you PLEASE RSVP to sbales.jessiesplace@gmail.com or call 205-323-0170 and leave a message with the front desk so that we are set up with enough seating.

Parking and Directions:
You can park in the lot adjacent to Jessie’s Place and there is also metered parking on the street.  Please see below for directions.  The website jimmiehalemission.com has further information for directions- click onto “What we do” and then click onto Jessie’s Place.   
General directions are :
From 280/31 North
Take 2nd Avenue North exit into downtown.
Stay straight to 23rd Street.
Turn right onto 23rd Street.
Go three blocks to 5th Avenue North.
We are on the right (corner of 5th Avenue North and 23rd Street).
 
From 65 South
Take 6th Avenue North Exit.
Stay straight to 5th Avenue North (It is a one way street)
Turn left onto 5th Avenue North.
Stay straight to 23rd Street.
We are on the right (corner of 5th Avenue North and 23rd Street).
 
From 65 North
Take 3rd Avenue North Exit.
Stay straight to 5th Avenue North. (It is a one way street)
Turn right onto 5th Avenue North.
Stay straight to 23rd Street.
We are on the right (corner of 5th Avenue North and 23rd Street).
